Castle was born out of our own home owning journeys and our experiences managing our home finances.
We found the financial services available to us as homeowners to be fragmented and inadequate, and the administrative burden of managing our homes to be overwhelming as a result.
Castle is our opportunity to build the tools that we wish existed for ourselves and for other homeowners.
So many Americans dream of owning a home but face a harsh reality once they get there. Maintenance, repairs, and running costs can leave many homeowners even more stressed, strained, and financially insecure than they were before. We believe that homes can still be incredible sources of wealth and security for millions of Americans, but that homeowners deserve better data to make better choices when it comes to managing their biggest asset. That’s why Castle is building payments infrastructure for the $3T spent on the home each year — starting with a bill-pay app to help homeowners automate, consolidate, and reduce their spend.
